ABOUT ME

I'm a professionally accredited hypnotherapist with an academic background in behavioural neuroscience and education.

I help women create real behaviour change.

Before any of that, I was a busy single mum burnt out but pretending I was

fine. Chronic stress triggered a heart condition I didn't even know I had, and

I was rushed to hospital in a blue light ambulance.

Using the same techniques I now teach, I healed, lost over 20lbs, overcame

panic disorder, and built a life that feels completely my own.

Nothing's worked for me before, why would this?

Most programmes, books and podcasts talk to your conscious mind. Mine works with the part of you that actually runs your life: your subconscious and nervous system. Short, neuroscience backed tools (like audios, micro rituals, tiny habits) so change stops being a battle and starts sticking.

I don't have time for one more thing.

If you've got time to scroll, you've got time for this. It all fits in around what you're already doing: in the car, on the school run, while the kettle's boiling. Most of the audios are 15 minutes or less, lots of women just put one on as they fall asleep.

I'm "fine." This is just who I am now. Why would I need any of this?

Be honest with yourself, is "fine" really good enough? You only get one shot at this life, and drifting through it on autopilot isn't living. My work gives you the tools and structure to stop settling and start building the life you actually want in as little as 15 minutes a day.

Do I have to show up to live calls or join a group chat?

No group calls, no group chats... ever. The only "live" anything is if you choose one of the 1:1 options, and those are private video calls with me, booked around your diary.

I'm sceptical and not sure this is right for what I'm dealing with.

Sceptical women get the best results because they actually do the work instead of waiting for magic. Everything I teach is rooted in neuroscience; your brain forms patterns, your subconscious runs the show, your attention shapes what you notice. You don't have to believe in anything, you just have to show up for 15 minutes.

As for whether it's right for you: my work is built for the everyday stuff (burnout, anxiety, overthinking, low confidence, breaking a habit, losing yourself somewhere along the way). If you're in clinical territory (severe mental illness, addiction, trauma), please work with a clinician; I complement that brilliantly, but I'm not a replacement.

Is it too late for me?

Definitely not. People change at every age and season. The only risk is doing nothing and looking back in five years wishing you'd started sooner.

Can I cancel anytime?

Anything you pay monthly for... yes, anytime, no hoops to jump through. One off purchases (like audios, courses, single sessions) are yours to keep, so there's nothing to cancel.
