Most programmes, books and podcasts talk to your conscious mind. Mine works with the part of you that actually runs your life: your subconscious and nervous system. Short, neuroscience backed tools (like audios, micro rituals, tiny habits) so change stops being a battle and starts sticking.
If you've got time to scroll, you've got time for this. It all fits in around what you're already doing: in the car, on the school run, while the kettle's boiling. Most of the audios are 15 minutes or less, lots of women just put one on as they fall asleep.
